How to Edit Dialogue in Oblivion

"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" is a single-player role-playing video game where you create a character to adventure through a large, open fantasy world. The creators of this game released a construction set, allowing you to edit the game and add your own creations to the game world. This construction set has a variety of functions and allows you to, among other things, edit in-game dialogue. You can also create your own dialogue, as well as new characters and locations to explore.
