How to Find Buried Treasure in Bon Voyage

In "The Sims 2: Bon Voyage," most playable Sims can dig for treasure. Only toddlers and infants cannot. Sims uncover various items when they dig for treasure, including trinkets, treasure chests and maps to secret locations. Possessing a map is the only way to travel to one of the three secret locations (one spot per destination category). The digging for treasure option appears both while on vacation lots and at home and sometimes appears as a desire on the wants list.

     Click on a spot on the ground. Choose a spot without items or sidewalk.

     Click on "Dig for Treasure" in the pie menu that popped up on the spot.

     Click on another spot to dig after the Sim stops digging. Any items found go into the Sim's personal inventory.
