How to Take a Screenshot With a Mac in World of Warcraft

Whether you want to show off your character or prove you defeated a difficult enemy, you can take a screenshot of your "World of Warcraft" game on a Mac just as easily as you can on a PC. There are multiple methods to complete this task. Whether you have a keyboard with an "F13" key or want to assign a key in the Key Bindings menu, you can tackle this task in the manner of your choosing. You can take a screenshot at any point during gameplay.

      Press "F13" if there is such a key on your keyboard. Go to the "World of Warcraft" folder on your computer. Find the screenshot in the "Screenshots" folder.

      Pause the game using the "Escape" key if you do not have the "F13" button. Select "Options." Select the "Key Bindings" menu. Change the entry for the "Screen Shot" entry to the button of your choosing. Enter your game and press the assigned key. Go to the "World of Warcraft" folder on your computer. Find the screenshot in the "Screenshots" folder.

      Press "Command" plus "Shift" and "3" during gameplay to take a screenshot using the Mac OS X screenshot function. Find the image on your desktop.
