How to Get a Mark of Honor Hold in World of Warcraft

A Mark of Honor Hold in "World of Warcraft" indicates an alliance player has successfully taken over the three player-versus-player fortifications in Hellfire Peninsula. The daily PvP quest in Honor Hold awards three Marks of Honor Hold each time an alliance player completes the quest. To complete the quest, you must turn on PvP, which allows horde players to attack you. The three fortifications you must capture must be under horde control at the time or neutral.

Instructions

    • 1

Visit Honor Hold and accept the "Hellfire Fortifications" quest from Warrant Officer Tracy Proudwell.

    • 2

Press "Enter" and type "/pvp" to turn on PvP. Exit Honor Hold to the west and join together with the first road you come to. Continue on that road and you will come to Broken Hill. A flag will appear. Position yourself near it and a box will appear on the screen, indicating that control of Broken Hill is being transferred to the alliance. Stay next to the flag until you see "Capture Broken Hill 1/1" appear on the screen in yellow letters.

    • 3

Continue on the western road. Look to your right for a stadium. Head that way once you see it. Go inside the stadium to view the flag. Stand next to the flag until "Capture the Stadium 1/1" appears on your screen.

    • 4

Exit the Stadium to the west and you will see the overlook. Run over to it and stand near the flag, which stands between the two towers. Once "Capture the Overlook 1/1" appears, go back to Honor Hold.

    • 5

Right-click Warrant Officer Tracy Proudwell and click "Hellfire Fortifications." Click "Complete quest." Open you inventory to view the Marks of Honor Hold.
