Play through the game until you reach the mission called "Burning Desire." Complete the mission and Denise Robinson will become your girlfriend. Go to her house directly south of where you met her for this mission on any day after 16:00 hours.
Walk into the red circle in her driveway to start another date with her. Once you get to between 40 percent and 50 percent progress with her she will be willing to invite you in for coffee. Denise will ask you to either help out with gang shootings or take her out to dinner on your dates.
Go to the Ammu-Nation in Blueberry. Helena Wankstein will be firing a gun at the target range that you should be able to hear from far away. San Fierro Island must be unlocked for her to appear at this location. Get your muscle tone to less than 25 percent, make sure that you have a low percentage of body fat and a high sex appeal before talking to her.
Go to Helena's farm in Flint Ridge after 14:00 to pick her up for a date. Helena prefers either a dinner date or a driving date. Keep your speed low if she wants a driving date, as she doesn't like high speeds. She will invite you in for coffee after you reach 70 percent progress with her.
Go to the driving school in San Fierro and talk to Michelle Cannes. She will usually be standing by the water cooler, but her appearance is random. If she isn't in the driving school, then leave the school and come right back in to make her appear. Get your body fat percentage over 50 and have a high sex appeal before talking to her.
Go to the north end of San Fierro around 00:00 to pick her up for a date. Michelle prefers driving dates (and she wants you to drive fast), drinking dates and a date where she prefers to drive you around. Get your progress with her above 40 percent for her to invite you in for coffee.
Go to the northeast corner of the golf course in San Fierro to find Katie Zhan. She will be practicing martial arts and you should have at least 75 percent muscle tone and sex appeal before talking to her.
Go to Katie's house in northwest San Fierro just after 12:00 to pick her up for a date. Katie prefers driving dates and dinner dates. She will invite you in for coffee after you reach 50 percent progress with her.
Go to the police building in El Quebrados to talk to Barbara Schternvart. You should have at least 50 percent body fat and a high sex appeal before talking to her. Pick her up for dates just after 00:00 at this same location, and she enjoys driving dates, dinner dates and dancing. Get over 60 percent progress with her to have her invite you in for coffee.
Play through the game until you reach the mission called "Key To Her Heart." Complete the mission and Millie Perkins will become your girlfriend.
Go to Millie's House any day around 12:00 to pick her up for a date. Millie prefers driving dates or dinner dates, but if you wear the gimp suit to a date, she'll invite you inside immediately. Get to at least 35 percent progress with Millie for her to give you the key card you'll need for a future mission.
