How to Dig Up Lost Elves on Mabinogi

"Bring the Lost Elf Home" is a quest in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game "Mabinogi" that requires the player to locate an elf that has gone missing in the desert. While a number of elves have gone missing in the desert, players only need to retrieve one to complete the quest. The elves are said to be buried beneath the sands of the desert, trapped within rock coffins. Locating exactly where the elves are will require players to dig beneath the sands of the desert.

Instructions

  Play through "Mabinogi," until you are given the "Eliminate the Black Sand Scorpions" quest.

  Complete the "Eliminate the Black Sand Scorpions" quest. Upon completion, an owl will provide you with a quest scroll for the "Bring the Lost Elf Home" quest. Accept the quest upon receiving it.

  Purchase a Cold Wind L-Rod from Hagel's store in Filia.

  Go to the Longa Desert, and use the Cold Wind L-Rod's "Land Maker" ability to dig holes in the desert sands. The "Land Maker" ability is activated by clicking the Cold Wind L-Rod item.

  Dig holes around the Longa Desert until you uncover a stone coffin.

  Click on a coffin to release the elf inside of it. Speak with him briefly, and select "OK" to complete the quest.
