How to Get Rid of the Censor Boxes on The Sims 2

The Sims 2 is a PC game that allows players to run the lives of a virtual family. The characters, or Sims, have simulated needs and emotions, and players must ensure their health and happiness. Sims bathe, use the toilet, make love to their partners and swear when they're angry; censor boxes are used to prevent players from viewing the faces and private parts of Sims. Players can use a cheat to get rid of the censor boxes in Sims 2, and they can use another cheat to restore the censor boxes at any time.

     Press and hold the "Ctrl," "Shift" and "C" keys simultaneously to access the cheat window.

     Type "boolprop displayLookAtBoxes (False)" in the cheat window. This command removes censor blocks from the faces and body parts of Sims.

     Type "boolprop displayLookAtBoxes (True)" in the cheat window to restore censor boxes.

   • 4

     Type "exit" in the cheat window to make the cheat window disappear.
