How to Play Team Fortress 2 on My PC With PS3 Controllers

Computer gamers are using console game pads more often because the current generation of consoles share many similarities with computers. Connecting a PlayStation 3 controller to your PC to play games can sometimes work without an additional download, but "Team Fortress 2" requires a driver that will map out the keys and configure the controller.

Instructions

      Download and install "PS3 TF2 CFG.zip" to your PC.

      Connect the PS3 controller to your PC's USB port.

      Press and release the "PS" button on the controller. This will make the PC recognize it as a connected device.

      Open "Team Fortress 2" and open "Game Pad Options." Select the "PS3 controller" for player one.

      Push the right arrow on the D-pad after the game begins to activate the controller.
