How to Install Monopoly

Monopoly is one of the most popular classic board games. Charles B. Darrow invented Monopoly in 1935, and Parker Brothers began marketing the game on Nov. 5 that year. As of 2011, more than an estimated 500 million people play Monopoly. Many variations of the game exist, including Simpsons, Chicago, modern-day and others. All versions involve an economic competition involving the fictitious real estate transactions. You can play Monopoly on your computer as well.

     Turn on your computer. Place the Monopoly installation disk into your optical drive.

     Open the installation file by double-clicking on it. Read and accept the license agreement.

     Choose a destination for your installation. Click "Install." Allow the installation to complete. Reboot your computer. Monopoly should be ready to play.
