How to Start a ROM Game on a DreamCast Emulator

Using emulators allows many people to enjoy their favorite console games without having to purchase the console itself. By downloading ROMs, a user is able to play virtually any game that has previously been released. Before attempting to open a ROM on a DreamCast emulator, it is important to know the ROM's file location. This file location instructs the emulator on where to find the game that the user intends to play.
