How to Delete a Lifetime Reward

Lifetime Rewards on "The Sims 2" video game offer many benefits that include new ways for Sims make money and earn skill points. There are two categories of Lifetime Rewards that can be earned in The Sims 2: Aspiration Rewards and Career Rewards. Rewards are purchased with points instead of Simoleons. Sims earn Aspiration Points every time one of their wants is fulfilled and they earn Career Points every time they get promoted at work. Aspiration Rewards include a thinking cap and a tree that grows money. Career Rewards include a home chocolate factory for Sims in the Culinary career track and a lie detector for Sims in the Criminal career track. You can easily delete a reward after using it.

     Start the game and choose a town, then choose a household.

     Locate the reward you want to delete.

   • 3

     Click "Buy Mode." The button has a picture of furniture on it.

     Click on the "Hand Tool" in the window at the bottom of the screen.

     Click the reward to pick it up. The Lifetime Reward will appear in the window at the bottom of the screen.

   • 6

     Drag the reward to the window and click inside the window. The reward will be deleted.
