How to Max Out a Fallout 3 Character

"Fallout 3" characters have an assortment of attributes and skills that determine their abilities in battle and infiltration. Whenever a level is gained, additional skill points are allocated and attributes can be increased whenever a level is gained by taking the "Intense Training" perk. For the PC version, all of the character's attributes and skills can be increased to the maximum level by using a console cheat.

Instructions

  Press the "~" (tilde) key while in-game to activate the cheat console.

  Enter "player.modav strength 10" without the quotation marks and press the "Enter" key.

  Repeat step two for the rest of the character attributes by replacing "strength" with "perception," "endurance," "charisma," "intelligence," "agility" and "luck."

  Enter "player.setav 100" without the quotation marks and then press the "Enter" key.

  Enter "player.setlevel 20" without the quotation marks and press the "Enter" key.

  Press the "~" (tilde) key to close the cheat console and return to the game. Your character will now have the maximum player attributes, skills and level.
