"Fallout Trilogy" is a collection of the three games in the "Fallout" franchise released for the PC. If you want to dive into the post-apocalyptic action, you can purchase all three games in one package instead of trying to find them individually. If you're having a problem with the "Fallout Trilogy" release on your computer, you can fix these issues by taking a look at a few common scenarios and solutions.

  Check to make sure that your computer meets the hardware requirements for all three games in the "Fallout Trilogy," not just one. The three "Fallout" games were released individually a few years apart and the earliest game requires less from your hardware than the most recent game. To successfully play all three games, you need at least a 300 megahertz processor, 64 megabytes of RAM and 1.5 gigabytes of free space on your hard drive for the game files. If you lack any of these requirements, you need to upgrade your computer before attempting to play again.

  Perform a "Repair" of the game from the Windows Control Panel. Click "Start" and open the"Control Panel." Click "Programs and Features." Right-click on the listing for "Fallout Trilogy" and click "Repair." Insert the installation disc for "Fallout Trilogy" into your computer and allow the utility to automatically repair the game. Try to play again to see if the problems are fixed.

  Download the patches for "Fallout," "Fallout 2" and "Fallout 3" from the official Bethesda website. As the games are installed on your hard drive individually, each game must be patched individually as well. Go to the main website and click "Downloads." Download and install the most recently available patches for all three games. Reboot your computer and attempt to play the games again to see if the problem has been corrected.
