"The Sims 2" was released for the PC in 2004. When playing the "The Sims 2," you may want to move a new family into an occupied house. It is possible to move any Sim out of her current house. When a Sim moves out, all furniture that Sim has bought will be removed from the house, reverting the house to its original state before occupation. Whether you are moving out one Sim or an entire family, the process will remain the same.

Select the house and family that you wish to move out.

Click the Sim you wish to move out of her house.

Click on that Sim's computer or newspaper.

Click "Find Own Place." If the house is occupied by more than one Sim, select the Sims that will be moving out. All Sims selected will immediately vacate the house, allowing your Sim to move in.
