How to Change Your Sim's Lifetime Wish

"The Sims 3" is a computer game that requires you to choose a lifetime wish when creating a Sim. This wish is the one long-term goal your Sim hopes to accomplish within his lifetime, such as becoming a CEO, raising five children or becoming a well known writer. By default, the game will suggest lifetime wishes based on your Sim's traits. However, you can change this to anything you want before finalizing your Sim's creation.

Instructions

     Create your Sim as normal until you are asked to pick a lifetime wish.

     Click the ellipses (...) button beside the six suggested wishes. This will open up a new dialog box with all of the remaining lifetime wishes listed.

   • 3

     Scroll through the list to locate the lifetime wish you want.

   • 4

     Double-click the desired lifetime wish to change it to that one.
