How to Gain Honor In WoW 3.3

Honor points in "World of Warcraft" are a form of currency earned by completing several player vs. player (PvP) themed goals. As of patch 4.0.1, the requirements to earn honor points was changed by Blizzard Entertainment, however, if you are playing on a private server running on the 3.3 version of the "World of Warcraft" client you can still gain honor using the listed methods. Honor points can be used to purchase equipment designed for use in PvP combat.

Instructions

    • 1

Kill a player controlled member of the opposing faction that is within nine levels of your character. This will result in an honorable kill and earn you a small gain of honor points.

    • 2

Complete battleground objectives, such as razing enemy structures or capturing flags to gain honor points. Winning a battleground will award bonus honor to your entire team.

    • 3

Kill racial leaders of the opposing faction. This is no small undertaking and typically requires 20-40 players to accomplish.

    • 4

Turn 9 "Wintergrasp Marks of Honor" or 30 "Stone Keeper's Shards" in to the Quartermaster at "Wintergrasp" to gain a "Wintergrasp Commendation." Right-clicking the "Wintergrasp Commendation" will earn you 2000 honor points.
