In The Sims 3, How Do You Travel With a Non-Housemate?

"The Sims 3" is a computer game that allows your family to leave the lot and go downtown for the first time in the series. Additionally, you are not limited to going out on the town with another household member. You can invite anybody in the neighborhood, provided you have enough of a relationship with them that they will want to go somewhere with you. All you must do is call and ask.

     Click the "Relationships" tab on your Sim's toolbar, located on the very bottom of your screen.

     Locate the icon of the Sim you want to invite out to town.

   • 3

     Click the icon. A radial menu will appear.

   • 4

     Select "Invite Out." Your Sim calls the person in question and invite them out. If they accept, you must select a venue and meet them there.
