  Study Xin Zhao and his abilities. Xin Zhao's five abilities are Three Talon Strike, Battle Cry, Audacious Charge, Crescent Sweep, and his passive ability, Tireless Warrior. Knowing what each one of the skills are and what types of damage they do are vital to playing Xin Zhao.

  Practice Xin Zhao before playing in a real match to try out all Xin's skills from level zero to level 18. Know when to attack another champion and understand what works and what doesn't with this type of champion. Getting a feel for the limits of any champion in practice is a great way to be competitive in a real game.

  Build the right items for Xin Zhao. The recommended item build may not fit your play style and after experiencing some battles, substitutions can be made to custom fit any style.

  Use Xin Zhao's Audacious Charge to slow enemies in an area of effect. Slowing an enemy with Audacious Charge to keep them in Xin Zhao's range while his melee strikes and other abilities deal damage is a great way to initiate combat.
