How to Reset a Blizzard Secret Question

Blizzard Entertainment, best known for its online role playing game "World of Warcraft," requires users to answer a secret question before changing important account information. You selected your secret question when you opened your account, but unfortunately, you cannot change your question without assistance from Blizzard. For security purposes, your account's secret question can only be reset by an administrator.

Instructions

  Visit the Battle.net website to access your Blizzard account. Battle.net is the website used to manage all Blizzard account information.

  Press "Log In." Enter your email address and password. Click "Log In" again.

  Click "Support" in the upper right-hand corner, then click "Ask a Question."

  Enter a short note to a Battle.net administrator and ask them to change your secret question. Explain why you need the question changed and provide your contact information, such as your email address and phone number. Click "Submit." An administrator will review your account and contact you.
