How to Become a Dragon Knight in MapleStory

The Dragon Knight is a specialized class for the Spearman in the online role playing game "MapleStory." Unlike most class specializations, becoming a Dragon Knight does not improve a character's manna regeneration; instead of manna, a Dragon Knight uses her health to cast her most powerful attacks, so becoming one improves a character's health, rather than her manna. Nonetheless, becoming a Dragon Knight has considerable benefits; the Dragon Knight handles large groups of monsters better than any other class, deals massive amounts of damage and has the flashiest moveset available to players. Its strengths make it one of the more popular class specializations in the Maple World.

Instructions

Choose the Spearman class when you create your character. Every "MapleStory" account allows a player to have several characters, and he must choose their jobs, classes and appearance before he starts playing with them. If a player chooses the warrior job, he can choose a weapon class in which to specialize. Every weapon class has its own specializations for later in the game; only a Spearman can become a Dragon Knight.

Gain enough experience points to advance to level 3 by completing the first five story missions that the game presents to you. Alternatively, advance to level 3 by completing several monster hunting missions. Generally speaking, you will have to complete between five to eight monster hunting missions to gain enough experience point to become a level 3 Spearman.
