What Do You Do On Level 3 of Ciao Bella?

Elena, the main character of Ciao Bella: La Bella Romanza, has to balance the work, family and romantic aspects of her life in this simulation game. Ciao Bella has 13 levels, starting with her first meeting with her love interest, Elio, and progressing through the stages of their relationship. In level 3, Elena and Elio plan to go on their first big date, but Elena has several family matters to attend to in the days before the event.

Movie Premiere
- Elio invites Elena to a movie premiere, and she needs a suitable dress for the occasion. The Cat-a-Gogo Boutique sells an evening gown for $600. Elio will pick up Elena at her house on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The week begins at 7 a.m. Monday, giving you five full game days to earn enough cash for the dress and raise Elena's stats before the date.
Sick Family
- Elena's mother and sister have come down with the flu. Visit the hospital and speak to each woman once per day to raise their spirits and Elena's family stat. Elena loses health whenever she spends time with her sick relatives, so counteract it with a trip to the gym. A swimming session adds three points to Elena's health, undoing hospital-visit damage.
Work
- With Elena's mother and sister sick, her father needs help at the family restaurant. Work at least one shift at the cafe each day. You'll only earn $50 per shift there, but Elena's uncle plays her $100 per shift for bookkeeping work at his construction company. You'll need to pull some shifts for Uncle Nunzio during the week to earn enough money for the gown.
Optional Errands
- Elena's mother asks her to buy a recording of "Aida" for her uncle's birthday, and her father asks her to remove some fliers that have been pasted around town. These side missions are optional, but you will lose family points if you fail to achieve them. Both quests have to be completed within a few hours of receiving them, so temporarily ignore other tasks until these jobs are done.
Stats
- Elena has five stats: health, culture, family, work and harmony. Visiting the hospital and working at the restaurant will keep the work and family stats at respectable levels, but Elena's health, culture and harmony may suffer on Level 3. Raise her culture stat by reading at home, watching television or going to a movie at the shopping center. Keep her healthy by visiting the gym once a day, eating three times a day and going to sleep before Elena's energy bar is completely depleted. For harmony, take a yoga class, read or undergo a beauty treatment at the mall.
