How to Be Any Country in Europa Universalis 2

"Europa Universalis 2" is a grand strategy computer game released by Paradox Interactive in early 2000. This game's core gameplay exercises the freedoms of the pausable real-time strategy format. Like the other titles in the series, you can play as any country you want to right at the start of the game without having to unlock any of them. Selecting a country to play as during your game takes only a few short minutes.
