How to Get Mew on Diamond

The legendary Pokemon "Mew," was originally distributed to players who attended certain Pokemon events held around the country and worldwide. Since these events no longer exist, players who want to get Mew on "Pokemon Diamond" and "Pokemon Pearl" must use the Action Replay DS cartridge. With the "Wild Pokemon Modifier" code for Mew, you can find and capture your own Mew to add to your Pokemon party.

Instructions

  Insert the Action Replay DS device into the cartridge slot on the Nintendo DS system. Attach the "Pokemon Diamond" game cartridge to the Action Replay DS and turn on the Nintendo DS.

  Scroll through the list of pre-loaded games in the Action Replay game database until you find the game title "Pokemon Diamond." Select the game by pressing the "A" button on the Nintendo DS.

  Click on the "Enter code" option at the top of the page and enter the following code in the space provided:

  Press the "Start" button to save the cheat and launch the "Pokemon Diamond" game.

  Load your saved game and walk to the nearest patch of tall grass or inside a cave where Pokemon roam. The next Pokemon you encounter is a wild Mew creature.

  Battle the wild Mew until its health points grow weaker. Use a Pokeball to capture Mew and have him in your Pokemon party.
