How to Get Lugia in Pokemon LeafGreen

"Pokemon LeafGreen" is part of the Pokemon video game series for the GameBoy Advance. Lugia, which is one of the many Pokemon encountered during game play, can't be caught in a regular battle. The only way to catch Lugia is to use an Action Replay, which is a device containing cheat codes for video games.

  Insert the Action Replay into the GameBoy Advance.

  Move the cursor with the directional buttons to highlight "Add" on the main screen.

  Press the "A" button. You will be taken to the cheat code name selection screen.

  Enter "Unlock Lugia" as the name for the cheat. (You can name the code whatever you want, but choose something you will remember.)

  Press "Next." You will be taken to the code input screen.

  Enter the following code exactly as it appears here: 545C676A 51FFDC1C.

  Press "Next." You will return to the main screen.

  Highlight "Unlock Lugia" and press the "A" button to activate the code. When you play "Pokemon LeafGreen," Lugia will be in your collection of Pokemon.
