How to Get All of the Pokemon on Pokemon Gold Without Trading

"Pokemon Gold" was a part of the second generation of Pokemon games also including "Pokemon Silver" and "Pokemon Crystal." Released in the year 2000 for the Nintendo Game Boy and Game Boy Color, "Pokemon Gold" introduced 100 new Pokemon, making a total of 251 Pokemon available for players to obtain in the games. However, there were only two ways to catch all 251 Pokemon. As not all 251 were available in each version, you had to trade with people who owned other versions or use a Game Shark device to place all of the Pokemon into your game file.
