How to Duplicate the Master Ball on Pokemon Fire Red

In the Pokemon games, the Master Ball is the ultimate Pokeball that will capture a wild Pokemon 100 percent of the time. In "Pokemon Fire Red" for the Gameboy Advance (GBA) the player receives one from the owner of Silph Co after he defeats the final gym leader. There is no other way to get the item through normal game methods. However, if you purchase the third-party cheating device Gameshark, you will be able to get as many Master Balls as you desire.

  Plug the Gameshark into the game slot on the GBA.

  Plug "Pokemon Fire Red" into the Gameshark game slot.

  Turn the GBA on.

  Select "Add new code."
