Steps to Reach Faraway Island for Emerald

"Pokemon: Emerald Version" gives you the challenge of trying to prevent Team Magma and Team Aqua from taking over the world. Several "legendary" Pokemon are obtainable through various means, and one of these creatures resides on Faraway Island. The only method currently available to get to Faraway Island and collect the legendary Pokemon known as Mew is to use a GameShark cheat code device. Entering the correct codes will get your to and from this previously inaccessible island.

  Plug your copy of "Pokemon Emerald Version" into your GameShark. Switch the setting on the side of your GameShark to "On."

  Plug the GameShark into the bottom of your Game Boy Advance. Press the "Power" button on your Game Boy Advance.
