Masterball Cheat

• Masterballs are one of the most important items in the game. To catch certain types of Pokemon, such as those in the Safari Zone, you need a specific type of pokeball. Without it, you will not be able to hold the Pokemon no matter how much you weaken it. The Masterball allows you to capture any type of Pokemon, regardless of their specification. You can use this cheat to make duplicates of the masterball or other items. Place the item you want to copy in your sixth item slot. Speak to the old man in Viridan. Answer ̶0;no̶1; to his question and fly to Cinibar Island. Swim along the right side of the island until you find a Missingno or M-Block Pokemon. Do not fight them, run instead. Check the item in your sixth slot, and you will see that it̵7;s quantity has increased.

Moonstone Evolution

• Some Pokemon characters in "Pokemon Blue" need a special item called the moonstone to evolve into strong beasts. While these items are hard to find, you can cause your Pokemon to evolve without the use of a moonstone through a simple trick. Begin a battle with the Pokemon who needs the moonstone in the lead position. When the fight starts, switch that Pokemon with another that knows the ̶0;mimic̵7; ability. Continually use mimic until the battle is won. If you earn enough experience, your Pokemon will evolve without needed the moonstone.

Catch Safari Zone Pokemon

• When you reach the Safari Zone section of "Pokemon Blue," you will need to Safari Zone pokeballs to catch any type of Pokemon. However, using this trick will allow you to bypass that requirement. Go to the area of the Safari Zone that has the type of Pokemon you wish to catch. Then fly to Cinnibar Island. Surf up and down the right coast until the Safari Zone Pokemon begin to battle you. You can then catch them using normal pokeballs.
