How to Change a Time Password for Pokemon Silver

The game Pokemon Silver has a day and night feature that follows a real-life time clock. You can sometimes find different Pokemon when you play at different times of the day. You can reset the time on your Pokemon Silver game by learning your password and entering a hidden screen on the game̵7;s start menu.

Things You'll Need

Pokemon Silver game
Internet connection
Paper
Pen/pencil

Instructions

  Turn on your Pokemon Silver game.

  Pull up the trainer information screen from the game̵7;s menu. Write down your trainer name, ID number and the amount of gold you have.

  Go to the password generator form at the Legendary Pokemone or Psypokes website.

  Enter your trainer name, ID number and gold into the generator to receive your password. Keep in mind that your trainer name is case sensitive.

  Write down your time password and return to your Pokemon Silver game.

  Restart your game and allow the start screen to appear.

  Hold down the ̶0;Select,̶1; ̶0;B̶1; and down arrow buttons on your Gameboy. This will bring up a secret menu.

  Enter your numeric password and then select ̶0;Yes̶1; to reset your game̵7;s time.
