How to Get a Celebi on Pokemon Fire Red

Celebi is an extemely rare grass- and psychic-type Pokémon. Of all the various Pokémon games, Celebi only occurs naturally in the ̶0;Pokémon Crystal Version̶1; game. If you want to capture this elusive Pokémon in your copy of ̶0;Pokémon FireRed Version,̶1; using a cheat code or trading with a friend are basically your only options.

Action Replay for Game Boy Advance

Instructions

  Slide the Action Replay into the game slot on your Game Boy Advance and then slide your copy of ̶0;Pokémon FireRed̶1; into the Action Replay.

  Power on your Game Boy Advance.

  Select ̶0;Code Entry̶1; from the Action Replay main menu. Enter the following master code: 72BC6DFB E9CA5465 A47FB2DC 1AF3CA86.

  Enter the following code to activate Celebi: 17543C48 E65E0B97 4AEC27E8 A5FF1540.

  Select ̶0;Start Game̶1; and begin playing your ̶0;Pokémon FireRed Version̶1; game as normal.

  Approach an area of tall grass and walk around until you encounter a wild Pokémon. Repeat this process until Celebi appears (she should be one of the first to appear).

  Battle and capture Celebi as you would any other Pokémon. Consider using a Master Ball if you have one; if not, you̵7;ll need to rely on Ultra Balls.
