Advance Wars
Nintendo released Advance Wars for the Game Boy Advance in September 2001, and the game is now available for Game Boy Advance SP. Many missions and game modes must be unlocked before they are available to you. To unlock Olaf's Sea Strike Mission, you must play as Andy in Mission 4 and also kill all of Mission 6's Enemy Units. The Rivals Mission is unlocked by playing as Sami and beating the Captain Drake, Naval Clash, Wings of Victory and Battle Mystery missions.
You can unlock Sonja's Secret Battles by beating certain levels in an allotted amount of attempts. Kanbei Arrives must be beaten in eight of fewer turns, Mighty Kanbei must be beaten in 10 or fewer turns and Kanbei's Error must be beaten in 12 or fewer turns. Players must beat the final Field Training mission to unlock game modes like War Room, Campaign, Design Maps and Stats.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was released for Game Boy Advance in December 2003 and is available for Game Boy Advance SP. Some items and portions of A Link to the Past are not available at the start of the game and must be unlocked. To get a game mode called Four Swords, you must find the Master Sword and then save your progress. The Riddle Quest is unlocked by playing Four Swords and locating 10 Tri Force Medals. Once you beat the Riddle Quest, you unlock the Hurricane Blade. To unlock the Golden Sword Icon, you must play Four Swords and beat the character Vaati while finding each of the game's Hero Keys.
WarioWare: Twisted!
WarioWare: Twisted! was released for the Game Boy Advance SP in May 2005. The game features special towers and items that must be unlocked be reaching other goals. To unlock the Easy Tower, you must finish the Warioman stage. The Hard Tower is unlocked by reaching 25 points while playing the Easy Tower, and the Thrilling Tower is unlocked by reaching 25 points on the Hard Tower. Players who finish Wario's Final Stage get Staff Credits, while random items are enabled by completing a character's stage.
