How to Get Eon Ticket on Emerald

The Eon Ticket is a rare promotional item that is obtainable only by attending a Pokémon event or by using an Eon Ticket e-Card, which was available for a short time in 2003. The Eon Ticket allows players of "Pokémon Ruby," "Sapphire" or "Emerald" to travel to a special island after defeating the Elite Four, where they can battle and catch a rare Pokémon. Although the Eon Ticket can't be unlocked through gameplay, you can still obtain one by mixing your records with a player who received one during an event or from the e-Card.

Instructions

    • 1

Connect the two Game Boy Advances using the Game Boy Advance Link Cable.

    • 2

Start both games and travel to the second floor of any Pokémon center. In "Pokémon Emerald," have your character go to the "Direct Corner" on the far right of the room and select the option for "Record Corner." In "Pokémon Ruby" or "Pokémon Sapphire," your character should go to the "Record Corner" on the far right.

Use the machine to mix records. When prompted to set Player 1, choose the game containing the Eon Ticket. Have both characters sit in a chair and your records will be mixed. If Player 1 has a transferable Eon Ticket, it will appear in your inventory.

Leave the "Records Mixer" when you have completed the mix. Save your game. You can now disconnect the two Game Boy Advances.
