Nintendo Event Tickets
Secret tickets unlock certain legendary Pokemon in "Pokemon Emerald," but you cannot get these tickets anywhere in the game. The tickets were given away at Nintendo Events shortly after the "Pokemon Emerald" game was released. The Eon Ticket was the first one given away during a 2003 Nintendo Event. The following year, in 2004, "Pokemon" fans received the Aurora Ticket at another Nintendo Event. Nintendo gave away the last ticket, the Mystic Ticket, in 2005. The only way to get these tickets now is via a cheat code device, like the GameShark or Pro Action Replay.
Eon Ticket
In "Pokemon Emerald," two dragon and psychic-type Pokemon, called Latios and Latias, fly around the land. You can catch either Latios or Latias without a ticket after you defeat the Elite Four. If you want to capture the other dragon, though, you need the Eon Ticket. With the Eon Ticket in hand, go to Lilycove City and board the ship at the docks, the S.S. Tidal. The ship takes you to Southern Island, where Latios or Latias lives. Examine the egg in a nest deep in the forest, and the legendary dragon descends to battle you.
Mystic Ticket
The Mystic Ticket gives you access to Navel Rock, where both Ho-oh and Lugia live. Ho-oh is a flying bird Pokemon with powerful fire attacks, and Lugia is a flying Pokemon with psychic abilities. As with the Eon Ticket, show the Lilycove City ship captain the Mystic Ticket to travel to Navel Rock. Once you reach the island, go right and head down into the caves to find Lugia waiting for you. To get Ho-oh, return to the surface and head left. Climb to the top of the island to capture the fiery bird.
Aurora Ticket
The Aurora Ticket lets you capture Deoxys, a bizarre psychic-type Pokemon. Deoxys morphs into several different forms, such as the defense, attack and speed forms. Take the Aurora Ticket to the Lilycove City captain. He takes you to Birth Island. Once you arrive, examine the black triangle on the island. The triangle starts to move, initiating a puzzle. Solve the puzzle to make Deoxys appear.
