Earn the Hamigo Card File Book by finishing the game one time. Begin a new game carrying the Hamtaro and Bijou cards.
Find Boss, Oxnard, Cappy, Pasmina and Penelope in the Ham-Ham common area before a sporting event or at night, in the village. Speak to them and they'll give you their respective cards.
Find Daisy, Ivy, Rosy, Captain Hamstern, Hamberto, Cubbie, Hambeard, Leo, Stripes, Bunny, Warts and Maxwell at night in their homes or walking around outside randomly. Speak to each of them to get their cards.
Find Howdy at his desk or in the clubhouse at night. Speak with him as if you're registering, he'll give you his card.
Find Dexter in his studio or the clubhouse. Talk to him to receive his card.
Find Panda, Stan, Sandy and Snoozer outside or in the clubhouse. Speak with them and they'll give you their cards.
Search for Jingle outside rather than inside, as he'd not likely to appear there. Speak to him to get his card.
Search for Lapis and Lazuli in the Ham-Ham Lounges around the village, in their houses or outside, roaming. Speak with them and they'll give you their cards.
Find Bomegranate at the studio on the first night. Help him collect his color-coded brothers by touring the studio and speaking to them as you'd find their colors in a rainbow. Walk to the purple room and speak with Borange before going to the blue room to talk to Bopaya and then to Bolime. Go into the orange room and speak with Boberry, then return to the purple room and speak with Bogrape. Return to Boplum in the lobby and Bomegranate will give you all seven cards.
Find Dewey and Crystal at the beach at the end of the first sporting event. Walk right to the second beach area and stay toward the top to find them and get their cards.
Listen to the announcements as you're leaving the tennis courts for news of Robo-Joe going insane. Agree to help Maxwell with Robo-Joe. Talk to Robo-Joe but be certain to speak to his face, not his back. Speak to Robo-Joe again once he's calmed down and he'll give you his card.
Check the village continually for a nurse; that nurse will give you Flora's card.
Earn seven gold medals, then talk to Sparkle at her studio to get her card.
Speak with DJ-Ham in the studio when he's at his desk and he'll give you his card.
Listen to the announcements as you're finishing events for news of Omar losing something. Talk to him at the pool and he'll give up his card.
Find Hamstarr in the studio in the purple room after your first event. Interrupt his show and he'll give up his card.
Find the Djungarian Chorus with Jingle, wherever Jingle may be (likely in the studio). Speak with them and they'll give up their cards.
Receive a delivery from Postie to get his card.
Win the carrot-pulling contest, then walk to the second lawn area to find Carrobo. Speak with him to get his card.
Find Nin-Ham in the Ham-Ham Lounge with a green sheet over his face. Speak to him repeatedly and he'll produce his card.
Listen to the announcements for news of Stucky being stuck outside of the stadium. Walk to the east side of the stadium and speak with him to get his card.
Find Mister Matsu in the studio, in the orange room. Talk with him and he'll give you his card.
Collect all 49 other cards and then speak with Bo. Finish the tournament and he'll give you his card.
Find Laura's card in the code area after you've beaten the game a few times.
