How to Get to the Top of the Tin Tower in Pokemon Silver

Enter the Tin Tower north of Ecruteak City. Walk north two steps, turn east and jump the gap onto the bottom-right platform. Walk north four steps, turn west and make a series of small jumps across the platforms in the center of the room. Move north and then east, making another series of little jumps to the northeastern platform. Climb the stairs.

Take two steps south, turn west and jump two platforms left and one down. Navigate around the central pillar, move north three steps, and jump twice more onto the northwestern platform. Climb the stairs.

Walk to the top of the screen and turn east and leap onto the middle platform. Jump south from this platform, and then west two platforms. Jump south five platforms before jumping east two. Jump once more onto the southern platform and climb the stairs.

Walk north to the central pillar and turn right. Walk east five step, and turn north moving then to the top of the screen. Cross the wooden bridge, and when you've reached the western wall, turn south. Jump two platforms and climb the stairs.

Move north from the teleporter two steps. Walk east five steps and then jump north up to the northeastern platform. Collect the pokeball. Jump west to the northwestern platform, continue to the western wall and walk south to the stairs. Descend down one floor.

Walk north from the east-wall teleporter. Turn left and step on the northern teleporter pad. Walk south from the northwestern teleporter, and step on the southwestern teleporter pad.

Walk west from the northern teleporter and step onto the northwestern teleporter pad. Walk around the central pillar and walk up the stairs.

Walk north, and if you have the Rainbow Wing fight and capture Oh-Ho.
