"Pokemon Emerald," a role-playing game released for the Game Boy Advance, allows players to train animals called Pokemon. Pokemon can learn moves in different ways, such as leveling up or by using TMs and HMs, machines that can teach a Pokemon a move. Pokemon can only know four moves at a time, so to teach a Pokemon a new move you must first delete the old one. While there are no in-game cheats that let you delete moves, there is a character, the Move Deleter, who deletes any move for free.

Travel to Lilycove City, located east of Route 121 and west of Route 124.

Enter the house to the right of the Lilycove Department Store.

Speak to the man at the table found within the house. This is the Move Deleter.

Select "Yes" and select the Pokemon whose move you wish to delete.

Select the move you wish to delete, followed by "Yes." That Pokemon's move is deleted.
