How to Get the HM Waterfall in LeafGreen

Dozens of Pokemon are able to learn the devastating Waterfall attack with the help of HM07 in ̶0;Pokemon LeafGreen.̶1; When a Pokemon uses Waterfall in a battle, a huge amount of water slams into its opponent, which may flinch as a result. Outside of battles, you can use Waterfall to climb actual waterfalls when you are exploring the massive Kanto region. Although you cannot get HM07 until late in the game, the ability to use Waterfall is invaluable to finding all of the secrets in ̶0;Pokemon LeafGreen.̶1;

  Defeat the Kanto Gym Leaders to collect all eight gym badges in ̶0;Pokemon LeafGreen." You must also defeat the Elite Four at the end of Indigo Plateau.

  Meet 60 different species of Pokemon in the Kanto region and talk to Professor Oak at his lab in Pallet town to receive the National Pokedex.

  Visit the ship port in Vermilion City and take the ferry to Floe Island.

  Enter the island̵7;s Icefall Cave and slide past the series of slippery, iced-floor puzzles to find HM07, which is in the bottom-right corner of the icy cavern. Pick it up to claim it.
