How Do I Get to the Dark Mountains on Yu Yu Hakusho Tournament Tactics?

"Yu Yu Hakusho ̵2;Ghost Files: Tournament Tactics" is a game, developed for the Game Boy Advance, based on the "Yu Yu Hakusho" television franchise. In the game, players take on the role of a young spirit detective who must protect the living world from evil spirits.      Complete the game by completing the missions in the game's "Dark Arena" area.

     Level all of your characters to level 32 by completing any missions you have not already completed. If your characters are already level 32, skip this step.

     Travel to the game's second dock and talk to the old man. He will allow you to sail to the Dark Mountains.
