How to Make Feebas Strong in Emerald

According to its Pokedex entry in "Pokemon Emerald," very few Pokemon Trainers raise Feebas because of its shabby, repulsive appearance. Feebas, the Fish Pokemon, resembles a bass with worn blue fins. All of Feebas' base stats are below average, except for its Speed stat, which is average. You can make Feebas stronger in "Pokemon Emerald" by Effort Value training it, evolving it into Milotic, teaching it powerful moves, giving it a hold item and raising it to Level 100.

Instructions

    • 1

Fight 252 Spinda on Route 113. After defeating 252 Spinda, your Feebas will have 252 Special Attack EVs. Defeat 252 Tentacool at the Abandoned Ship to gain 252 Special Defense EVs. Go to Petalburg City and surf in the water. Defeat two Marill to gain eight HP EVs.

    • 2

Blend the Wiki berries, Kelpsy berries, Hondew berries, Cornn berries and Pamtre berries into blue or indigo Pokeblocks. Continue making blue and indigo Pokeblocks until you have 12 that are Level 23 or above. Feed the Pokeblocks to Feebas to make it evolve into a Milotic.

    • 3

Teach four of the following moves to Feebas: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Surf, Water Pulse, Toxic, Waterfall or Facade. All of these powerful moves have a base power of 60 to 120. You will need to use Technical Machines or Hidden Machines to teach these moves to Feebas.

    • 4

Raise the Feebas to Level 100. At Level 100, the Feebas' stats will be at their maximum. You can raise a Feebas to Level 100 by giving it 100 rare candies, putting it in the Pokemon Daycare or training it against wild Pokemon and Pokemon Trainers.

    • 5

Give the Feebas a hold item that will aid it in battle. For example, let the Feebas hold leftovers, an item that restores HP gradually during a battle. Give Mystic Water, an item that increases the power of Water-type moves, to the Feebas if it knows Water-type moves.
