How to Hack Music in Pokemon Blue

You can change every piece of information inside a computer file by editing the hexadecimal values of the file with a hex editor or something similar, like a music editor. "Pokémon Blue" for the Gameboy was one of the first Pokémon games, and you can change the music inside the game with a music editor. In order to change the music in "Pokémon Blue" you'll need an official version of the game and a ROM version of the game. A ROM stands for read only memory and it is an exact copy of a game file.
