How to Get Miltank in Pokemon Emerald

Miltank is a Normal-type Pokemon first introduced in "Pokemon Gold" and "Pokemon Silver." Miltank resembles a cow and is the female companion to the Pokemon Tauros. Miltank also produces MooMoo Milk, which can be used to restore your Pokemon's health. To obtain Miltank in "Pokemon Emerald," you must find her in the Safari Zone on Route 121. Miltank has a very low encounter rate so it may take some time for you to find it.

     Complete the game by defeating the Elite Four and the Pokemon Champion. This will open up the section of the Safari Zone where Miltank is located.

     Travel to the Safari Zone on Route 121 and pay the attendant.

     Go to the right side of the Safari Zone, past the green hiker. Walk in the grass until you encounter a Miltank.

   • 4

     Throw as many Safari Balls as you have at Miltank in order to capture it.
