How to Get the Grass Medal in the Pokemon Card Game

The "Pokemon Trading Card Game" was released for the Game Boy Color and is a simulation of the actual "Pokemon Trading Card Game" in which you collect cards and build decks to battle other players. In the game, you can collect medals from the various clubs scattered throughout the world. One of these is the Grass Club. Nikki, the Club Master, will give you the Grass Medal if you defeat her.

Instructions

- 1
  Build a deck with mainly Fire-type Pokemon. As Grass Pokemon are weak to Fire Pokemon, this will make battles much easier.

  Travel to the Grass Club. Battle and defeat the three minions, Brittany, Heather and Kristin. They all use Grass Pokemon, with the exception of Heather, who uses Water-type Pokemon. It would be a good idea to use an alternate deck to defeat Heather. Electric-type Pokemon are powerful against Water-type Pokemon. Once you have defeated the three, they will tell you Nikki's Location.

  Travel to Ishihara's home. Nikki will be there. Talk to her and she will return to the Grass Club.
- 4
  Travel back to the Grass Club and challenge Nikki to begin the battle. Defeat her Grass deck using your Fire deck. Afterwards, you will receive the Grass Medal.
