How to Make Coins in Pokemon

The Pokemon series includes several minigames that serve as diversions to the main plot. There is a casino-type room in many of the games, where players can gamble in hopes of earning coins. The coins can be used to purchase rare items and Pokemon that would not be seen otherwise. In order to make coins, simply enter the Game Corner and start playing.

Instructions

  Visit the Game Corner in your Pokemon game. The Corner is set in a specific town in each Pokemon region. Inside the Corner are several casino-type games, including slot machines, trivia and card flip. Winning the games will give you multiple coins.

  Talk to one of the people behind the service counter to receive a coin case. Required to play the games, the case holds all of the coins a player earns.

  Walk to one of the open machines or tables. At the slot machine, line up three of the same number or Pokemon symbols to earn coins. Line up seven in a row to earn the most coins. At other game tables, follow the rules of the game as listed on the screen to play.

  Continue to play the games until you've earned a fair amount of coins. Exit the Game Corner and enter the Prize Room in the adjoining building, then spend your coins on prizes such as technical moves, items, berries and special Pokemon.
