How to Buy the Master Ball in Sapphire

In the Pokemon video game universe, there's only one thing you need to win: the Master Ball, a special type of Poke Ball that will catch any Pokemon under any circumstance. You'll typically find only one Master Ball in each Pokemon game, and you can't purchase them like other Poke Balls. The Master Ball is hidden in a different place in each game. In "Pokemon Sapphire" you have to meet many challenges or be really lucky if you want to find one.

Instructions

Team Aqua Hideout

  Head to Lilycove City. Look around the upper right corner of the World Map if you can't find it.

  Walk all the way to your right to find the beach. Go into your Pokemon menu, and select one that knows the Surf move. Select "Surf" to ride on that Pokemon in the water. Now travel up, where you'll eventually find a cave.

  Battle your way through Team Plasma inside the cave. Go up the stairs and you'll find some teleporters. Enter the bottom one, head downstairs and then take the other staircase up to where you'll find more teleporters. Jump into the left one, the right one and the left one again. Take the left teleporter, then the right one and then the teleporter on the far right.

  Walk over to the item balls that are on the floor. Take ball number one, and you'll receive your Master Ball.
Winning the Lottery

  Head to Lilycove City, and locate the Lilycove Department Store.

  Enter the building on the first floor and talk to the girl on the right, who gives out lottery tickets.
- 7
  Buy a new lottery ticket every day until all five lottery numbers match your Trainer ID exactly. When they do, your prize will be a Master Ball.
