How to Get an Amulet Coin in Sapphire

A Hold Item is a special item you can give to a Pokemon to hold during a battle to achieve a desired effect in the "Pokemon" series of games. The Amulet Coin in "Pokemon Sapphire" gives your Pokemon the ability to double the money they receive from a Pokemon battle. The Amulet Coin is as special item received from the Pokemon Trainer's mother after he obtains the fifth Pokemon Badge in "Pokemon Sapphire."

Instructions

  Play through the game's main storyline to receive your first four badges and unlock the Fortree City Gym.

  Battle Winona, the Gym Leader at Fortree City, using your strongest Pokemon's toughest attacks. Winona uses Flying-type Pokemon, so counter with Ice, Rock and Electric-type Pokemon, which are strong against Flying-type. Winona will give you the Feather Badge, which is the fifth Gym Leader Badge and an item which allows you to use the Fly ability outside of battle, after you win the match.

  Open the Pokemon Menu and choose the "Fly" command. Select Littleroot Town as your destination. Return to your Pokemon Trainer's home where you started the game and enter the home.

  Talk to your Pokemon Trainer's mother to receive the Amulet Coin.
