How to Find the Magma Hideout on Emerald

In "Pokemon Emerald," Team Magma has one goal: to awaken Groudon, a legendary ground-type Pokemon. Team Magma has a hideout somewhere in the Hoenn region, but no one has been able to find it. The hideout is hidden deep within a cave on Jagged Pass, a mountain path that leads to Lavaridge Town. The secret door to the hideout opens only if you have the Magma Emblem, a treasure given to you when you make it to the top of Mt. Pyre.

  Go to Lavaridge Town, located to the northwest of Mauville City and east of Route 112.

  Exit the town and follow the path until you reach the top of Jagged Pass. Go down the stairs and jump down the ledges.

  Keep climbing down the mountain. Halfway down the mountain, a door will appear in a boulder. The door will open if you have the Magma Emblem.

  Enter the door. You are now in Team Magma's hideout. Proceed through the cavern. At the end, the Team Magma leader, Maxie, awaits you.
