How to Make Deoxys Obey in Pokemon Emerald

"Pokemon Emerald" is the fifth-generation three Pokemon game. Players start the game by receiving one starter Pokemon. As the player travels around the region, he can capture, trade or release any Pokemon he comes across with the ultimate goal of having the strongest team in the land. The Deoxys Pokemon is a strong psychic type that helps make this possible; however, it will refuse to obey you unless you use a special game shark code paired with the heat badge.

  Travel to the nearest Pokemon Center and heal all your pets.

  Walk over to the PC located at the upper right side of the Pokemon Center. Withdraw water Pokemon, such as Mudkip, Wingull, or Wailmer.

  Train the water Pokemon until they are at least level 30.

  Fly to Lavaridge Town and beat the leader of the Lavaridge Gym. You will receive the "Heat Badge," making all Pokemon level 50 and under obey you. Save your game and turn off the Game Boy.

  Remove the "Pokemon Emerald" game and plug it into the top of the Game Shark. Plug the Game Shark in the same slot as the game was previously. Turn on the Game Boy and the Game Shark screen will load.

  Select "Enter Cheat Codes" from the menu. Enter the code "4A99A22B 58284D2D," then select "Start Game." Walk into any building. This will warp you to the Birth Island. Travel around the island until you locate and capture Deoxys. Save and quit the game.

  Restart the Game Shark, this time entering the code "19C67C656689 12B9BF13D649" to be warped to Mauville City. Enter the nearest Pokemon Center and withdraw Deoxys from the computer. The Deoxys will be a non-traded level 30 Pokemon, guaranteed to obey its owner. Save and quit the game again, then load as normal without the Game Shark attached.
