How to Get Blastoise's Dig Move in LeafGreen

Blastoise is a Water-type Pokemon available in "Pokemon LeafGreen." One of the many battle moves that Blastoise can learn is "Dig." Although Blastoise cannot learn "Dig" by itself, it can learn it through the use of an item known as a "Technical Machine" or "TM." Once you have obtained the TM, you can use "Dig" to attack other Pokemon in battle or to escape from caverns.

Instructions

      Travel to Cerulean City, and enter the house to the right of the Pokemon Gym.

      Talk to the man inside. He will say that his TM 28, containing "Dig," is missing.

      Exit the house through the backdoor, and talk to the Team Rocket Grunt standing outside. He will challenge you to a battle. Defeat him to receive TM 28.

      Open the main menu by pressing "Start," then select "Items." Select "TM 28," then select Blastoise. Now Blastoise will know "Dig."
