How to Unlock Characters in Yu GI Oh World Champion Tournament 2004

"Yu-Gi-Oh! World Champion Tournament 2004" is a card-based strategy game that allows owners to play as many of the characters from the television and manga series. Each character comes with a pre-built deck that resembles the cards used in the TV show and comics. Additionally, each character is broken down into one of five levels of duelists, with the highest level being reserved for the strongest duelists.

  Collect a wide variety of cards and keep them in your trunk. To unlock several of the game's playable characters, you have to keep a card in your trunk instead of putting it into your deck. For example, Mia Valentine can only be unlocked if you keep a Harpie Lady and a Harpie's Feather Duster in your trunk.

  Battle opponents repeatedly. Almost all of the game's unlockable characters have to be beaten a certain number of times to be unlocked as playable characters. This can include everything from defeating an individual duelist five times to beating all duelists in a specific tier twice.

  View a complete character listings list to see the exact requirements for the character you would like to unlock (see Resources). The list is usually compiled on the "Cheat" section of any sites that contain information about the game, such as CheatCC, GameFAQs and IGN.
