How Do Feebas Evolve on Pokemon Ruby?

Feebas are an elusive Pokemon in the Game Boy Advance game, "Pokemon Ruby." Find this Pokemon in the waters of Route 119. Feebas are unimpressive when first caught, but once you evolve them into Milotics, they are much more capable in battle. They are equipped with a Special Defense of 125, Special Attack of 100 and their HP is 95. To evolve your Feebas, you must get their Beauty rating to a sufficient number.

     Create four or five PokeBlocks usingand#berries. The berries need a Dry+ rating to work. PokeBlocks are food for the Pokemon to help them grow. Make the PokeBlocks by blending the berries in the machine located in the various Contest Halls.

     Feed the PokeBlocks one at a time to your Feebas to increase its Beauty rating.

     Level your Feebas to Milotics status once it has eaten all five PokeBlocks.
